On August 28th, Lost agent Matthew Fox tried to board a troop bus in Cleveland, Ohio. After he was denied, for the bus was rented for a particular function, he allegedly attacked the bus’ driver, Heather Bormann. Now, she’s catching him to court for $25,000 in satisfaction over the attack.
Heather claims that Matthew attacked her, punching her in the breasts and the groin superficial contents. She said that he was inebriated and she wouldn’t give leave to him on board the bus, subsequent he demanded that she take him to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
According to the documents she filed, Heather claims he attacked her “by his fists, delivering sudden and cruel blows to her right breast, groin, creek and legs, inflicting severe, disabling wrong.”
She went on to saw that she “instinctively defended herself” and punched him in the face and the head. But, she likewise said that she hurt her bunch and fingers in the process.
She is demanding more than $25,000 in damages notwithstanding assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional want.
