Halle Berry is going to court this morning, PST, to request an order prohibiting her infant. daddy, Gabriel Aubry, from having at all contact with their daughter, 3-year-former Nahla, until the child endangerment research against him is resolved. Halle and Gabriel consider had a long and bitter history of conflict over their child – by Gabriel appearing to resent Halle’s efforts to control control and influence over Nahla. Halle has shown that she order use every and all legal ways and ~ to thwart Gabriel in his efforts to be seized of equal rights to the child. Is this an exaggerated chronicle, largely fictional, made up by the nanny – it may be with Halle’s help? Or is Gabriel a terrorizing ruffian who should be banished from existence near his little girl? The courts desire decide and then we’ll apprehend more. Given how the courts did in in deciding the fact in O.J. Simpson’s and Casey Anthony’s abuse cases, I’d trust TMZ to make out the truth here.
